Get outside of your comfort zone and start doing things differently because that is where you will find your success.
Stop being afraid of failure or other people’s opinions of you because they don’t matter!
The only person whose opinion matters is your affluent dream client and that is who you should be aiming to serve at the highest level.
Set your sights higher than before and you’ll see your average transaction amount increase and you’ll see a change in the types of business that you’re doing.
The more business you do the more references, recommendations and testimonials you will get from your affluent clients. They’re going to tell their other affluent peers about you and the domino effect will take over!
Serve these luxury clients by understanding who they are, where they come from, where they want to live in your market, where they gather and then publish premium content that is specific to them.
To some real estate agents this sounds overwhelming because they are too worried about not knowing what to do and then worrying about what others will think about them.
Don’t think, just do!
Focus on your business and focus on the changes you can make to be more successful instead of wasting energy focusing on the opinions of others.
Change begins at the end of your comfort zone.
