Align Yourself With Luminaries in Your Community

Are you aligning yourself with luminaries in your community to attract potential clients and generate leads at the same time? If you’re not, you need to start doing it right now. It’s one of the strategies that I use online and offline that has helped me to become a top real estate agent and an authority in my market!

I call this concept Luminary Lists.

When I say luminaries, I want you to think about the people in your community who are executive directors for non-profits or charity organizations.

Think of the people who run golf tournaments, or own restaurants and other businesses frequented in your market. People that are involved in the community, and especially the community your affluent dream clients are a part of!

Now you have to imagine yourself as a Hollywood actor before their movie gets released!

They always go around and do the talk show circuit on TV. They go on the Jimmy Fallon Show one night and then the next day they’re on Good Morning America. This is how they reach a different segment of their target demographic so that they can get the word out about their movie and PROMOTE THEMSELVES.

I want you to think just like that! Be the Hollywood actor in your real estate market!!

Publish content of your interviewing the luminaries in your community. Talk about their events and businesses. It’s a win-win situation. You give those businesses free advertising AND you get the attention of their demographic!

Then when people search for things in your community online, they will find you too! My search engine optimization on my website is very strong because I do this one simple thing.

So start creating your own Luminary List and reach out to those people in your community and align yourself with them and I’m sure you’ll be attracting more affluent clients in no time!
