Leverage Your Strengths and Your Passions

Wouldn’t life be so much better and easier if we could only do the things we enjoy and the things we’re good at? I mean, that’s pretty much what I do! One of the things that’s helped me be very successful in my market is focus on the things I’m good at and like to do.

I use my passions and figure out how I can use those to align myself with attracting my dream clients. This can be online and offline! 

Online – I enjoy creating content that people want and that answers their questions.

Offline – I enjoy going to gala events and being out in the community so I can feel like I’m a part of my community.

So figure out what it is your REALLY like to do and use that to your advantage! Next you should think about the things you’re good at.

I’ve had a lot of clients tell me that I’m very, very patient. I have a wife and three daughters so I think I’ve learned to become a very patient guy… But my clients tell me my patience has helped make their transition from wanting to sell their home to actually getting it sold and closing very smooth and enjoyable.

And when I recently spoke at the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Conference in Colorado a lot of people complimented me on being able to break down what I was talking about and making it simple.  (If you’re interested in hearing that talk keep an eye out for my podcast where it’ll be released in four parts very soon!)
